Hi had a reply from OFT regards a complaint about Cap 1 and their DCA they have said they are unsure whether the trader holds a consumer credit licence and they need further details to identify the trader are they just wanting copies of 12 months correspondence its not clear from their letter any ideas have any of you had similar responses

    Is that all they ask for? Further details?

    Do you have letters from the DCA that have a company number, consumer credit licence number, trading address etc?

    Yes thats all they ask for more details but not how much info they want so just wondered if I should send all CAP 1 stuff too

    Well, I can't imagine that Cap 1 don't have a license. So I presume it's correspondence from whatever DCA it went to that they really want?

    What was the complaints about?

    Presumably they also want correspondence that backs that up as well. Even if from Cap 1.
