Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, taken in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions found at www.gbk.co.uk/terms/ and www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/
2. The competition commences on January 6th and ends on 20th February 2011.
3. TO ENTER: No purchase is necessary. Entrants should complete their details at https://www.capitalfm.com/gbk before the closing date.
4. Entrants must be UK residents and over 18 years of age
5. THE PRIZE: There is one prize consisting of two (one pair) adult return Economy flights from a London airport to Auckland. Plus 8 days in a motor home provided by Pacific Horizon. Plus £1000 spending money provided by Gourmet Burger Kitchen.
6. Winner must hold a full clean driving license.
7. The flights are valid for April to June 2011.
8. Flights and motor home hire are subject to availability between April to June 2011.
9. The maximum value of each return economy flight is £1,000 including taxes. GBK accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
10. The Motor Home hire includes standard insurance with an excess of NZ$4500. Fuel for the Motor Home is not included.
11. A credit card imprint is required for the security bond for the Motor Home (no money will be withdrawn or withheld).
12. The winners will be drawn on 25th February 2011 from all valid entries received by the closing date and notified by email or phone by 28th February 2011.
13. If the promoter, having reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner by 4th March 2011, the prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted.
14. Travel insurance and all other expenses including (but not limited to) additional spending money, meals, tips, ground transportation and vaccinations are NOT included.
15. No cash or credit alternatives are available.
16. The flight tickets are non-negotiable and under no circumstances are permitted to be upgraded or transferable.
17. All prize travel will be subject to the airlines general terms and conditions of carriage.
18. The Motor Home hire will be subject to Pacific Horizons general terms and conditions of hire (see www.pacifichorizon.co.nz for further details)
19. Air points and other loyalty scheme points cannot be accrued on prize air travel.
20. The winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas where applicable
21. GBK, Capital FM, Help a Capital Child and the airline assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
22. Neither GBK nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered but liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, is not excluded.
23. GBK, Capital FM and Help a Capital Child collect participant’s personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion.
24. All data collected is part of the promotion will be processed in accordance with Capitals Privacy Policy. Details of the winner and any participants who complete the relevant opt-in boxes on the entry form will be passed to gbk.
25. GBK, Global Radio, Help a Capital Child and Pacific Horizon all employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. GBK reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
