Best place for cheap calorie counted meal plans/scheme

I have done much reading lately and have decided that the way to go for me at present is to stick to 1400 calories a day after doing various calculations on weight, activity etc.

So, I need some sort of plan or scheme that will give me menus (I cant be bothered to sit down and write down ideas and calculate the calories)

but going into, say, Tesco diet or Sainsbury's diets or even things like slimming world and weight watchers, they are not based on calories anymore or at least they dont display them so are there any sites or companies that do old fashioned calorie counting and work out menus for me? (not too expensive, around the same price as the tesco and sainsburys diets please)
