Can anyone recommend any cheap but very good make-up artists in or around the Manchester area?? Maybe Stockport/Hyde aswel?? Someone who is willing to give discount for 3 or more bridesmaids and is willing to travel to Doncaster, South Yorkshire. I would look for someone around my area but my bridesmaids live near Manchester and it makes more sense for me to have one around there which will be more easier for them to get to and would be much more convenient for them. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance guys

I've had my hair & make up done by the lovely students at Tameside College (in Ashton) before and they're usually really good. Maybe send a little email to the tutors and see if they can recommend the best in the class?0

I had a makeover day here and mentioned to the makeup girl (who also did my hair) as a joke did she do weddings and she said she would give me her card. I live in Leeds and she was willing to travel there but as we are gettin married much further away it didnt end up going any further than just a bit of banter. Its one of those photograph studios where you promise yourself you wont buy a picture but end up doing it anyway! If you can stay firm you can easily book an appointment as a try out and just not buy the photos0 -
I would just go to the Clinque counter in boots and they do your make-up, professionally for around £10....take you and your bridesmaids on the morning (you may need to book a week before) and there you go, bargain! That's what we are all doing.Married the love of my life on 1st October 20110

I used Claire Golds from theperfectface.co.uk (I think that was the site) she was FANTASTIC!!!!! She's got a ton of expierence and is based near Stockport. She is mobile and does both hair and makeup (include lashes and airbrushing!)
On the day she brought an iPod and doc as I forgot mine. My bridesmaids were unable to attend their hair run through so on the day she re-did one of my bridesmaids with no bother. I think the most touching part was she help one of my bridesmaids with her dress and helped tidy away everything in the room.
I would truly recommend her, she is very professional and will make you feel like a princess!0
