my husband and i dont know what to do we had to sell our home to relocate the company are paying rent untill april.we only have 27.000 left after selling the house, thats all we have for a deposit on the next house. The house we like is 180.000 we have a car loan with 10.000 owing ,paying out 200 a month and cards with 11.000 owing paying out 300 a month.I was wondering if it would be best to put all debt together into the morgage. Whats the best deals out for morgages with only having 27.000 for deposit on a 180.000 house . my husband is 47yrs old so could we have a morgage over 25yrs still. I dont work.

You dont say what your husbands salary is.
From what you say, technically you have 0 deposit as your equity wipes out your loans. And unless your husband earns more than £40000 a year, you probably dont have much of a chance at getting a £180k house.0 -
Once you paid out for fees you would be asking for a 100% mortgage, and these aren't available. Pay off your debts, and start saving a deposit - you'll have £500/month freed up and if you post a statement of affairs on the Debt Free Wannabee forum, you'll get help in freeing up more of your income - might not take as long as you think.0
