Re Jobcentre

Yesterday my sick note ran out as the income support rang to tell me.I went to pick it up from my doctors then took it up to the jobcentre as i put my claim in on the 6th Oct ,still havent had any money and i had to walk all the way there which seemed like 10 miles but i thought by the way they were talking on the phone they would issue me with a payment as its urgent,urgent i said ive only been waiting since the 6th of october.When i got to the jobcentre the guy faxed it through to income support which is upstairs and the receptionist wtched him and myself also.He came and gave me the photo copy back.The receptionist who was very nice told me to use the free phone and phone them to say it had been faxed.It was actually faxed to incapacity also .When i spoke to them on the phone they asked the receptionist to confirm it had been faxed.She said it had. They were going to get the giro to me before 3.45 which is the last time the giros had to be done .I thought great i dont have to walk home i also told them i walked there and i have to alk back as i didnt have any busfare.As we have been living on £68 p.w between us.I hung around till 3.40 ther was this 5 minute deadline .The receptionist lokked over to say they were on the phone .I thought great its ready i can go home,After hanging around i was exhausted and remember i am on the sick ill.She came over and was fuming they said they didnt receive the fax this is now 3.47.The receptionist and the guy werent very happy and told them she stood there and watched it go as i watched on also 3 witnessess and they didnt get it .Again as i said in my other thread the system sucks and im livid .I set of home and got back at 5 o clock .Have a guess what got to do the same again tommorow they reckon they will pay me at 11.30.Ive got to do the same treck back it will kill me,see what happens tommorow no doubt i will be letting you know.It dosent pay to be sick your treat like an Alien.Sorry for the long thread i just needed to let off steam.
