Refused credit check
We have recently been refused credit so decided to check our credit score as we cannot think of an obvious reason for refusal. I sailed though the Experian website and came out with an accurate credit report and a very good score. My husband on the other hand could not progress his check on either the Equifax or Experian website. He rand Equifax and they asked numerous questions and then told him that they could not be sure that he was who he said he was. Does anyone know of a possible reason for this?
