A quick google leads me to the conclusion these figures have NO barcodes! Game over!!!!

I'm wrong!! It's a type of braille barcode - at least in America!

  • just had a quick look on ebay and there are a few people selling identification charts who also state that lego have stopped the barcodes so there must be some way of telling, may just plump for one off ebay, love getting these as rewards for my daughter but dont have the money to get loads of duplicates!

  • Hmmm think I'll need to go to ToysrUs tomorrow and see what they're like, there will be some sort of ID on them surely. Mind you, the Halo Minifigures don't seem to have identifying marks so maybe Lego have taken heed of that.

  • Apparently- and I dont have it confirmed- there are no bar codes on Series 3 ...
Which menas people will be buying masses to get the full set. VERY crafty of Lego I think ....
  • Hmm I wonder if taking a set of digital scales into ToysRUs is taking it a step too far :rotfl:

There are a few places on the web to find the decoder. See flickr photo below without the spaces.

    Because...

They are in sealed packets with no id on the packet so you know don't which you are buying. So you could buy 16 and get all of them or 16 the same ....
