Hi,
I've decided that this is the model I want after lot of research but have discovered that it is out of stock in Argos, Amazon and Play.com. I've done a google search but no where else seems to be stocking it. I've added myself to the 'e mail me when it's back in stock' on Argos site, but who knows when that might be.
Does anyone have any ideas about where else to look?
Thanks

Refurbished though so probably not what you want.0 -
Refurbished is probably all you'll get - I believe the HXD790 has been discontinued by Sony, at least a number of shops that used to sell it have discontinued as its stock status.
As an aside, are you sure this is the model you want, even if you find one? Apart from the odd place, the analogue switch off is completing this year; so one of the box's two tuners will become redundant very quickly, if it isn't already and at most will have a year of use. Unless you have a specific requirement for an analogue tuner, I'd redo the search and look for a box with dual digital tuners rather than one of each.Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0
