Origin World furniture Stockton on Tees help needed

Would be interested to know if anyone has bought furniture from this company online or in person and can share their experience - some very competitive prices - can't find any customer reviews though. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I was looking for customers reviews on Origins furniture and I found your post on this forum. Did you buy anything from them? I am interested in a antique desk reproduction they have on a very good sale price but never heard of this company before and was curious myself if anyone bought anything.
I see your post is from January so probably no longer looking into this forum

I purchased some furniture from Origin World online, they were not able to supply the sale items as they said they were no longer available. I asked for a refund and had to wait and wait and wait, after numerous phone calls and promised return calls from Origin World, I finally got my money after waiting 7 weeks.
Would recommend if you do decide to buy from them that you only do so using a credit card at least the bank will cover the money if it does go wrong.

I would advice that you steer clear of this company .
In the first instance the time for delivery advertised on their site does not match their actual delivery time ,
I ordered sofa on their website monts ago , about 3 to be precise , and it has not been delivered.
When you call them , you are routed to a call centre and no one calls you back for days , and they do not even resppond to emails , especially when you have made a payment to them.
the iteem was delivered and taken back , and till date no one has called to acknowledge , so they have the sofa as well as my money .
if you can help it , just avoid purchasing from origin world .

We ordered from them in april 4 wks wait on a sofa that got delivered in June completely wrong sofa promised the one we ordered havent heard from them since am currently following the advice of trading standards!
