Probably got a PM from a dodgy Londoner to this request he posted a while back.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

or maybe replies to similar enquiries made on other boards & forums of dubious repute - BDSM/Fetish - have led him into this seedy underworld of buying boots from Next :rotfl:

I'm guessing OP is a young person and I must say I find myself a bit bemused. Whatever packaging said boots appear in, why would you thing that the staff in the shop find you or your order remotely interesting or worthy of comment - whether they are for you or for another? It does seem rather tediously self-concerned.
My own young cousin bought some boots for his girlfriend for Xmas to be delivered for store and was similarly embarrassed. For goodness sake - he was picking up size 5 boots and he is 6' 4" so they clearly weren't for him.
And what does it matter if the staff do notice. You don't have to go there ever again - 5 minutes of embarrassment. If that's the worst thing that happens to you this year you're flipping lucky!0 -
haha thats so funny. i used to manage a shoe shop and trust me, plenty of blokes came in and brought ladies shoes, nothing to be embarrassed about, im pretty sure the next worker has much more important things to think about0

This has reminded me of the time my dp bought two chickens and a bumper pack of condoms at the supermarket, nothing else, then wondered why I rolled around laughing at the image of these three items sailing along the conveyor belt towards a horrified SA0
