Any suggestions anyone?

I have currently got a mortgage on my property but we are desperate to move. (we really need more space) the problem is my wife is a student midwife and my current mortgage provider will not take her Bursary into account. We need a mortgage of about £80k, I earn circa £20k and her bursary is £4k. I have found a house which is perfect and in the area we want to live.

Can anyone recommend a mortgage company? I currently have about £20k cash in my current property so I would have 20% deposit as the house I have found is £100k.
We took on Mr T and we won:D

Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now

Well it will depend entirely on your whole scenario - i.e. other debts in the background, children etc.

Will you have penalties to close your current mortgage - will your current lender be able to help?

On the face of it there will be lenders that could help, but I suggest you have a chat with a whole of market mortgage adviser.

I have spoken to my current lender and because they will not take either CSA payments or my wifes Bursary into account we cant have anything. Its crazy because those two things alone amount to over £800 per month. We have no other debts in the background and have 1 child if that helps.

It look like you are doing the right things and asking the right questions:T

I still think there will still be other lenders that could potentially look at this for you
