Hi
Happy New year
My husband and I like many others have decided we really need to get fit.
It's hard for us to go to the gym or to any classes as we have 3 kids and both work shifts.
We want to get a piece of equipment to have at home, especially as a lot of them are on offer at them moment.
Have been looking at cross trainers, 2 in 1 machines and vibration plates.
Could anyone please recommend which are good to help with overall fitness?
Many thanks
