Basically place your orders and choose delivery days you don't want. Change both orders to the slot you do want but make sure you confirm both changes at the same time. Its probably harder to describe than to actually do it :)

Think I've got that now thanks.:D
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

  • Apologies but I'm new to all this and I'm a bit puzzled - when ordering online do you still have to pay for delivery or is there an additional code for this?

£5 off your bill seems a bit pointless when delivery is upwards of £3.99.

Yes you do have to pay for delivery as you state. However, for people with small children, disabilities or just very busy lives (etc) having your groceries delivered makes a big difference, and effectively getting them delivered for no extra charge is FAB.

Also some of the codes are for £10 or £15 saving....
  • I have just had 2 orders delivered today and for both orders some items were not in stock and were not replaced, therefore taking my total below £50 and so the discount was not applied. Has anyone had this problem?? Can someone tell em the source of these discounts so I can complain successfully.

    Hiya,

both of my orders have been under the £50 mark when multibuy discounts have been applied but i have still been given the £15 discount on both, but cant comment on if goods are not in stock and the total being under £50

I would contact them and ask why this was and for an explaination why goods where not sustituted where applicable, at least this way you would have been given the choice to return any substited stock and still receive your £15 discount.

HTH, let us know how you go on :)

P.S. I found the codes on the internet at www.pricedash.com. but read through the thread to see if anyone got them from anywhere else, i think ive read that some had the codes emailed to them
Nobody can make you feel inferior, without your permission ;)

Received my second order from Tesco today using the same code again order total was originally £56.59 but after multi buy savings and £15 discount came to £34.61. :D

Ordered again for delivery next Tuesday, oh happy days ;):D

Rushgnowt..can you help or anybody else..

I've read all the threads but just want confirmation, are you actually able to use the same code more than once by just clearing your cookies?..or do you have to input a different address too?

Also, I have banked all the codes and set up two shops for March to use up codes 2HC8T8PGC7H6 AND GPK2M629XRQQ before their expiry on the 6th March. 2H worked fine and it was automatically assigned from my banked vouchers but it took a £5 code from April for the 2nd shop?.
No matter what I did it wouldn't take the GP code. I deleted the £5 code and it took a £15 from April this time !..when my £10 GP code from March is sitting there?
So I deleted the GP code and re-entered it but it stated that it had been used "the maximum amount of time" ?
I've never used this code before and the expiry and amount is right so I can't understand this,...can anybody offer some advice?

As a follow up to my problem above, I phoned up customer services and spoke to a very apologetic lady. She verified that my codes were valid and said the £15 would be paid to my cards.

BTW I did this seperately for each order. Now even more impressed with Tescos
  • Tesco STOLE the £15 from me as I commonly target goods I know they do not have in stock to top the order over £50 or £75 to get the discounts.

My recent £15 off £50 purchase came out to be something like £25 and they refused to honor the codes, I kicked a massive fuss over it but I had ordered £50+ worth of goods and if it wasn't in stock it wasn't my problem. I had ordered 16 Glade Breeze Special Offer Plug-In's at £1.99 amongst other stuff and they refused to honor it stating that I had violated their bulk buying policy of 12 MAX per ITEM.

So in the future, only buy 11 single identical items max. Tesco (p.s. I've been red flagged and when you call up, after you give house number and post code, they read "logs" about you, about any previous cases and such, Mines are real bad so just open a new account on the same address under a mild variation on the name, when the tesco charges your Switch card, they only type in the numbers of the card, expiration date and issue number so you could theoritcally make up a name.

This has cracked me up. So much that I can hardly type !

I have this mental picture of your personal shopper warning the delivery driver not to cross your threshold as it would appear that you have a terrible problem.

Sorry, I know you haven't really. It's just that I have the sense of humour of the average 8 year old.
