I need to send a letter of complaint to Argos. Does anyone know how I find the name of the Managing Director and the head office address? When asking Argos I'm just given the complaints department and they're no help!

Why are the complaints department no help? Is that just an assumption?
It's rare to be able to contact someone in a company with a complaint that has a complaints department because thats whats it's there for.0
