    Thanks honeybear - will drop you a pm with some more details but for clarity to others and to keep the pos updated

    Re keeping the books - NO - shortly before the collection agent changed shtook our books for "auditing" - and when new agent turned up arranged new books for us. At the time didnt think anything of it - BUT - well hindsight and all that lol.

    hopefully this won't be too much of a problem as there should be a record of every transaction made, please keep hasling them for the information as they will sit on the fence so to speak. you also have the right to information act as well in your favor.
