Please Help - Advice needed on unsecured loan

I really need your help. I need an unsecured personal Loan for £22000 to consolidate my debts and try to get on to of my spiraling debt situation. My credit rating isnt great and I can only afford to pay back £400 a month on the loan. Can anyone suggest a company who will give me a loan for this amount with an apr which is not extortionate. I really need some help.
