Yesterday was finances, I think I've gone a bit off with spending to get my DD2s bedroom decorated and plus is DD1s 18th birthday this weekend and have spent too much. Always the way with my girls!! Will have to redress my debt next Monday FINANCES day.

Today is HOME day. I'm getting happier and happier with my home. I could do with doing a few hours laundry and ironing but I'm doing someone elses today and getting paid £10 per hour to do it so mine can wait!!

Well, if you can't go a bit OTT on your daughter's 18th, when can you? No point stressing about it - as you say, just deal with it!

Hey hypno x I'm not stressed, just had a reality check with the online banking this morning.... I'm going to do some Ebay this weekend, got a stash of stuff so hopefully will be able to neutralise the damage haha

We are so alike in some ways. I love my little flat and the home that it has turned into and I realise that I have ben very lucky to get it. I do cleaning as one of my jobs and I get £9 an hour (more than my office job) and it is more satisfying as well... I don't think I could do it full time though, getting too old for all that bending and manual stuff.
I too am straying a little bit off piste with my finances and am going to have a very frugal fortnight ahead of me if i am going to stick to fridge freezer plan.

RELATIONSHIP day, the one thing I feel I've never been lucky with all my life. The truth is I get very lonely and with it comes a lot of anxiety. I'm going to browse the dating site I was a member of but then deleted my details and photo from because I met a chap on there who was the ex of someone I work with, it reminded me it's a small world. I have nothing to be embarressed about, I acted honourably as soon as I found out. I would just like a special someone

There are plenty of special someones - it is just finding them that can be a bit tricky.

I have changed over the years and realised that the qualities that I used to be attracted to in a man are not neccessarily what I should be looking for. Too many bad boys in my life and all the "nice" men just seemed boring. Well, although I am not completely sure that I even want a new man, I do know that I get too lonely to stay on my own for the rest of my life. Horrid feeling.

So r.g - me and you both are awaiting our Prince Charming - I hope the wait isn't too long!
