Looking for garden tool chest.

I have just got myself an allotment and need a lockable weatherproof container to hold rake/spade/fork etc as well as lots of other small items.
Would probably need to be flat packed so I can assemble it on site.
Not sure if metal or plastic is the best option.
Anyone got any suggestions?
