Small happy dance!!

We accrued £118 in bank charges the other month because some money was late coming in and I used the debit card when I shouldn't have. Anyway, have been looking at the consumer action group website, and after getting some advice decided to try to go down the legal route to get my money back. Someone recommended ringing their Customer Relations Dept and mentioning the Consumer Action Group and hey presto! the £118 is being recredited to the account immediately!! RESULT!! :money: :j :T :j :j

I had previously phoned the Halifax customer services and they were dead shirty and wouldn't refund the charges as we had had a small charge refunded once before.

Very happy bunny now!!
