Hello

Does anyone know if you have to pay inheritance tax on a deed of family arrangement?

You need to explain the details of the deed you have made and what you are hoping it has done..

I would think you have done it within 2 years of someone's death to in effect change a will by replacing something the will says (or does not say) as at the date of death?
