Does this help; http://www.primark.co.uk/scotland.shtml
Sorry I don't know the logistics of Scotland at all. But if you can get to a Primark, it's usually well worth it. Especially if you are on a budget.
You could also try other department stores and see what little stocking fillers they have in and buy her a few to make up a gift pack. We’ve had to remove your signature. However, it is worth making the trip a couple of times a year which is what we do and stock up. Stirling runs a good park and ride from the outskirts which saves trying to park, the shops open 11.00 so its worth leaving early to get there for opening.
They have the most gorgeous fluffy dressing gowns for just £10 and two pairs of fluffy socks in bright colours are £3, Tesco sell a pair for £5. PJ's are always good value in Primark, in fact if we make another trip this year I'll pm you and let you know. Have a look at the big Peacocks at Meadowbank and Au Natural is there too.
M&S toiletries and gift sets are also 3 for 2 I think and I bought quite a few last year quite reasonable.
Check out the reduced shelf in Tesco at the moment for phone charms reduced to £1.97 for a Tinkerbelle type fairy with pink wings. New Look have gift sets of smellies for about £2 which you can open and put in singly. Tesco Christmas gifts are always good value and are on offer of 3 for 2, they have pink passport holder and luggage label, pink mouse, pink mini USB lava lamp and what my daughter is going to buy me....
a set of pink fluffy dice for the car mirror
ps r.mac's description of her sister is exactly how I would describe r.mac!0 -
I have one of the primark £10 dressing gowns and it is the most fluffy, soft gorgeous dressing gown Ive ever had! One of those dressing gowns with lots of Lush stuff would be a great gift. Another thing that goes down well at that age is posh shampoo (eg Toni and Guy). Its often on 3 for 2 at Boots.0

When my daughter was about 16/17 I bought her some fluffy pink fairy lights for her bedroom. She draped them round her dressing table mirror and very nice they looked too and she is still using them 3 years later, so money well spent :jIt's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.:kisses3:0

Handbags are always good - primark and Internationale ususally have nice ones for under £5. Also big wide belts are really IN right now so am sure she'd love one of those.
If she's girly anything pink and glitetry will probably go down a treat - hwo about a mobile charm or handbag charm in fake crystal (try Claires). Or those little clips stands for holding photos.
I'm 31 but I'd still love just about anything cute and glittery form Claire's. LOL
Oh OH and this season's must haves - footless tights or leggings! Check out New Look etc for them!0 -
ikkleosu, I really think that leggings will be out of fashion or very nearly there by the time the big day roles around.0

Boots have a lovely organiser with cutey doggy pic on front which has lipgloss set and eyeshadow set inside it as well as usual organiser/pen stuff. Costs £10 but would be okay as a 3 for 2 freebie maybe. My 15 year old thought it was great and has bagged one for herself and friend.
primark/instore for decent cheapy pjs.
impulse body sprays.
styling gel
straightening serum
mobile phone danglies
make up
lovely bubble bath
chocs
mobile phone top up credits (tesco do vouchers)
