I just got a screen saying Bad Luck and then underneath you've won a model's own product, but no where to put my details. Confusion!

That's what I got. I posted a comment on their status asking if it counts as a win or not because it says bad luck but that you've won, and there's no where to put your details. They said they're looking into it.
