I won several weeks ago and still hadn't received my prize. Dropped them a message yesterday and they said they had posted it out, I must have been missed.

Today however I received the Models Own eye kit worth £24 which I had just collected vouchers for from NOTW as a goodwill gesture as my product must have got lost in the post. Really pleased with that and thought it was very kind of them
