Remorgage

Need some advice i currently have a morgage with kensington they are charging me 10.5 % so i pay £961 a month we cant keep paying this as my husband only earns £12oo a month we would like to remorgage but dont know who would take us on as we are paying of arrears along with this any help out there we also have a loan of £ 9000

    We will need more figures from you praiser, what is your mortgage term, how much did you borrow? how much is your arrears how many months are your arrears, what is the APR on your loan? how many years is the loan to run. List everything you can. I don't know whether you should move this over to the debt Free Wannabe Board as they are very very helpful over there. Anyway info please and Welcome

    the morgages runs for another 23 years we borrowed £90000 were are 2 months in arrears ,well we are less than that because we paying it off i can remember how long the loan is for but its with the same company
