Gino D'Campo cast iron griddle pan(£4.98),casserole dish £12.50,Morrisons.

I visited the large Morrisons at The Fort Glasgow on 31st Dec(sorry i should probably have posted earlier),got a Gino,D;Campo cast iron /enamel oval shape casserole dish reduced from £40 to £20,to finaly £12.50...and a cast iron/enamel griddle pan for £6.50..Thought this would be the end of the bargains. However the Livingston Morrisons still have some items left and the cast iron griddle pan has been reduced further to £4.98(originaly £20)(yes i bought another 1),might be worth checking your local Morrisons if interested in this type of cookware.

    Wow realy..and i thought i got a bargain.lol..
I havent used my griddle pans yet,but i have used the casserole and im very impressed...must admit the handle knob on the lid isnt great quality in that ive had to tighten the screw a few times already..it seemed to come loose during cooking, but the beef stew i made was lovely (first ive done in years without using a slow cooker),and i was amazed at how easy the inside of the casserole was to clean afterwards,it looked as tho it was gonna need soaked, but a nonstick sponge scourer thingy cleaned it in seconds.im planning on potroasting a beef joint in it today...hope the grill pan is as good.
PS.angeluk2..Yes all genuine Gino D'Campo merchandise...id imagine possibly sold out most places now that price has been reduced even further.

Thanks for this. Really fancied the casserole dish but they didn't have any in my local. They did have a gratin dish though (small oval roaster) priced at £7 but reduced down to £1.98 at the till - not a super bargain but not bad & just the right size for us to do roasted veg for 2:)
