Declare Extra Income from a hobby

Hello,

I have a website which brings in £60 a month and the time has come to declare this to HMRC. All I can find on the site is SA100 - Tax Retturn 2010 form on the HMRC website but this seems to be a full tax return which surely I don't have to complete.

Does anyone know how do declare additional income?

I'd personally ring the tax office and ask them. It sounds like you will have to fill in a tax return - they are not too difficult as long as your PAYE plus £60/month.

I am PAYE plus £60. I might ring actually. Tax is a pain in the bum.

I was asking a tax question yesterday and someone kindly posted the number which is not 0845 and managed to get straight through - have a search in this topic.

Up to £2500 ..... you can get it coded out from your PAYE.
