mortgage calculation site wanted please

Has anyone got a good mortgage site they could direct me to please,as a recent virus and subsequent format has deleted the one I had.I'm looking for one that let's me change the variables,eg,Term,rate,type etc. And also has the current best deals for comparison.Thanks in advance.
