I really need some help, please !
I bought a brand new Mini in may 2002. It has spent more time in the garage than with me.
They don't really know whats wrong with it. They replace the fuses and it's fine. They have never found the fault which makes the fuse blow.
It has just been there for a month, I picked it up on Friday and yes it broke down on Sunday.
So, this is where I could do with the advice......
Could I ask for a new car under the 1979 sale of goods act ?
Help please !!
