Being scammed by 3-Mobile- please help!!

If not, send a letter to Customer Services (and also to a director/ someone high up and Ofcom - ). Detail all correspondence, phone calls etc you can remember and tell them that you consider your contract to be finished as of 28th Feb. I have been told the letter will be written on the 17th and sent out then, they wont send anything sooner after 3 separate phone calls. I want to cancel the DD but the final payment comes out mid march so can't do that as yet.

I am ready to pounce should anything not go to their given schedual, heads will roll as I kinda go a bit crazy when stuck with the sheer volume of automated systems that is 3-mobile. Its really in their favor to do as they have said they will or heads will almost literally roll!
