  • Doesn't he just BTD!!! I was truely startled when he said 'go for £5000'; a clear indication of how we got into this mess!

Beautiful morning here, in middle of washing a very very dirty car (haven't cleaned it since the FIRST snow) - felt faint and then remembered I hadn't ate breakfast - so now tucking into some porridge and banana!

The garden looks sad, need to start clearing up from winter. All the plants have definately suffered as a result of the extreme temps but there is of course sign of life...........mostly weeds. I love being in the garden but have never managed to finish even one section, always waiting for something or never getting around to doing that last bit...........this summer I will do a bit at a time and FINISH it. We live on a corner site and the garden is big. Two years ago we 'stoned' the front beds but we didn't put a deep enough layer so need to get more stones for sure. Price of them isn't too bad £25 per tonne but its £30 delivery so need to be sure we order as many as we could ever need, I am thinking 4 or 5 bags so thats about £!50 to gather up!

    Never stops does it?

    Hi ya Red

Took a walk around our garden too this morning. Its amazing to see all the buds isn't it.
i like your wee statement about 'gathering up'...good old saying. I am in the process of gathering up for some electrical repairs around the house and hit £200 last week so I hope to get organised and get someone that wont rip us off.

REally enjoying your posts. I wish you all the best with the year ahead and hope your business goes from strength to strength.

    Take care

    Indeed it is! ;)

And if you sell all the stuff you seem to have hanging around then you will become an Ebay princess, Reddie! ;)

If I sell all the expensive stuff that's up there and got watchers, I'll be stealing EBQs username! :rotfl:
