Nice to see you rewarding yourself. It's a good idea for motivation.

Nah, you deserve everything you bought (as long as each item goes with at least 2 other things!)
If on the other hand, it doesn't or it wasn't a gift for another (and therefore a saving!) back it must go, you decide!LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

Shopping was easy for me because I have banned myself from buying black (I wear too much black and don't even know if it suits me anymore) and there was no point in buying trousers cuz, sure won't they be hanging off me in a few months - LOL
Shopping was not easy because all the tops I liked were black!
Laura Mercier primer - a luxury must have (LOL considering I have moved from Estee Lauder moisturiser to Lidl's best, think my skin deserves a treat!)LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

Um, it was more a case of buying an obscene amount of toiletries for personal use.
They were on good offers, but still...! I bought some gifts for others as well, but the stuff aimed 'for personal use' has hit epedemic proportions, and I'm still going to want to buy myself boots! Bad Pickle! Please call me 'Pickle'

I stopped by toiletries last year and now only replace when required and as if by magic, I got dramatically less smelly stuff as pressies..............and there I was thinking I would get loads of stuff I would never buy myself but did get some lush bath stuff - yum!
Boots, damn boots.................black ones 3 years old and knackered, and I desperately want brown ones but won't be getting them and thats the end of it! Just think Pickle, in 3 months it will be spring and then too late in the year to wear them (and if I say that often enough, I too will believe it

I joined the 'No More Buying Toiletries...' thread and was really good for ages, but there are some seriously hardcore beauty addicts over there who have been tempting me with lovely offers and made me want Soap & Glory products, which I had never even HEARD of before they started going on about them!
And boots...such a good offer on that I think it would be almost rude to refuse. And have I ever mentioned how impossible it is to get anything that fits my calves...?
I'm not sure the word 'no' exists in my vocabulary any longer!
