loans?

Hi guys, hoping for a little advice. I currently have two loans of which im hoping to clear in the next couple of months, plus a small monthly payment to an instore financial agreement and a catalogue payment. the financial agreement is 7 pound and i don't even notice it go, i need to get this cleared off eventually but atm its down my list of priorities. I have until the begining of april on one loan and a lump sum coming to pay the other loan off hopefully in full. the catalogue payment again is only about 25 pound and should be completing in may i believe. I have however got a 500 overdraft that im am fairly maxed out in a lot of the time. Currently i am getting to a stage where i can almostsee a light at the end of the tunnel, and i am at the point where i am hoping to borrow a larger chunk than ever before to help out my parents, as they currently have numerous ards that are gaining a huge amount of interest so each payment they make is hardly touching the sides. They have just about almost got to the point where they can cope for the month at a push, but they owe me a chunk of money, and any out of the blue expenditures such as the car going wrong of the boiler blowing up, spiral them back into this. What i'm hoping for some advise on is whether i would be better waiting until i can clear the two smaller fnances, and am out of my overdraft as much as possible before going to borrow, how much do these affect my likelyhood of getting some money, and also if people think i am best to stick with my current bank or shop around?
