Anything up to 5 working days - however there has been lots of bank holidays and these are not working days so it will take longer this time of year. 27th and 28th were bank holidays so it would not have gone through that day, even if the company was working themselves, as was Monday 3rd Jan. There have been 4 working days since 27th so it should be imminent.
It usually takes 1-2 days to go through the payment processor who then put the money back to your card company - who then like to hang onto it for a bit and get some interest before it shows on your account.
Who was the refund from?

thanks, so it probably won't be showing yet then, it was from kiddiecare, I was just going to email them to say thankyou but went to check they had actually done it and it wasn't there!
ETA -and it wasn't the 27th it was the 29th!!! (went back and checked the email!)0 -
It'll be around the same tbh. When I do a refund it goes to the card processor, they process a refund about 36-48 hours later and then the bank puts your money back into your account. So that is where the 2-3 days comes from. Then it depends on your bank to be honest - some do take longer than usual. It'll probably be there tomorrow for you.
They do take it from you quick enough though!!0
