Hi,

I've managed to order one after I was too late last time, my 1st order was cancelled as per an email. When I have checked my account online it shows my first order and second order as 'being processed' :eek: the expected delivery date for the first one was 15/02. What's going on ? Am I likely to receive 2 ? Did anyone have their order cancelled and could they check their account online, have they cancelled yours ? Thanks

If you do get 2 you can return one free. OR just accept the first one and refuse the other so they return it. Then phone and let them know. Or phone now and ask.

If you do this be aware that they may just dump it outside your house like they did with me! Fortunately it was still there when I got home but was surprised that they didn't need a signature on delivery or leave it with a neighbour

My accounts page was the same, I called them and they said the first one is definitely cancelled. I also mentioned that the £5 off code they sent me by way of apology wasnt acepted, they told me to phone again once the item is received and they will refund me the money.

PS Ive been checking this daily but was out all day today, logged on to see its in stock so jumped right to boots and ordered one. Fingers crossed this time!
