i brought a box of these from the co-op before christmas and they were £8 which i thought was a bargain, went in today and they are half price.

a beautiful alternative to fireworks

i am looking to buy some sky lanterns for our upcoming wedding! however not sure what type is the best, ecologically etc and price too!
any info greatly received...thanks

will go to co-op tomorrow anyway and see if they have any and will peruse the packaging

Apparently you mustn't release them under flight paths - they can go a mile high & can interfere with aviation!

I too was looking for lanterns for our wedding, this price is great but like you i am unsure of what the best type is! will be watching this thread with interest :j x

Pretty these might be but they cause severe distress to wildlife, the natural environment and the farming community. Avoid...
