box of 10 sky laterns £4

i brought a box of these from the co-op before christmas and they were £8 which i thought was a bargain, went in today and they are half price.

a beautiful alternative to fireworks

    will go to co-op tomorrow anyway and see if they have any and will peruse the packaging
  • Apparently you mustn't release them under flight paths - they can go a mile high & can interfere with aviation!

    I too was looking for lanterns for our wedding, this price is great but like you i am unsure of what the best type is! will be watching this thread with interest :j x

    I dont want to be a killjoy on this, but, please be careful that there is nothing in the debris that will eventually fall to earth that could harm wildlife of farmstock. Google sky-lanterns-danger-farm-animals for more info. With all good wishes for a long and healthy marriage.
