Looks a bit like the Allformp3 site a few years back, shouting that they are legal as they pay into some Russian fund. However I doubt the artists get to see anything from that pot.

And do you really want to be giving your payment card details to a Russian site?

I would personally avoid and not touch the site with a 10 ft barge pole, I like artists to get money.
