Hi all

anyone ever used this website? It is called kixcome either with .com or .co.uk (i can't post the link as I am a newcomer)

I bought some shoes pre Xmas for over £100 and stupidly paid via paypal. I know this might have been a huge mistake.

Anyway, they have not returned any of my calls or emails and a quick google search suggests they are not as they say they are.

I'm gutted to have been caught out like this but pre Xmas shopping panic set in and they were the only place that had the particular shoes I was looking for.

I doubt I will get my money back, but anyone with any advice, be good to hear it. If not, then just stay away from this site!

Hi same problem, i ordered some comfy feet slippers for my partner as a Xmas present on the 8th Dec.

I still have not received them and when i send them a message they never respond. Therefore it is unlikely i am going to get them or get a refund.

So annoyed but i was a bit wary of the website when i placed the order should of listerned to my instincts.

iwot rates the company as having a bad reputation. I just get a feeling despite the co.uk address its Chinese it just looks odd the web site to me

Can anyone opt out?

Only domain name holders that are non-trading individuals can opt out of having their address details published on the WHOIS. In other words, if you do not use or plan to use your domain name for business, trade (this includes the registration of domain names for monetisation purposes, e.g. pay per click advertising etc) or professional transactions, you will be entitled to opt out of having your address displayed.

Hello,
the same with me. I ordered a pair of Dr. Martens on Dec, 30th, paying 133 Euro. On Dec, 31st my status was Payment Received. From that day the status of my order is Awaiting Shipment. And today it's Jan,6th ....
My God, I am so worried now...Hope we will be able to get our shoes sooner or later....

Had the same problems with Kixcome. The order status was "Awaiting shipment" for over a mounth. Their livesupport kept saying that they would ship it as soon as possible, but nothing happened. Then I filed a dispute via Paypal and got my money back.

Kixcome es un fraude,hace casi 9 meses que realize un pedido no tengo ni el pedido ni el dinero.Les he enviado cientos de emails,incluso una carta y no contestan a ninguno.No compreis en esta web sino quereis perder vuestro dinero,ahora me estoy dando cuenta que hay bastante gente en la misma situacion,asi que NO COMPREIS EN KIXCOME SINO QUEREIS PERDER VUESTRO DINERO¡¡¡¡¡¡
