Prize: A weekend break for two people at a Champneys Health Spa at Tring, Forest Mere, Henlow or Leicestershire. It includes accommodation for two people to share from 2pm Friday until 4pm on Sunday, 25 minute massage each, 25 minute facial each and 25 minute Thalasso Therapy Pool session each. Use of all facilities and meals are also included.
It asks if you have had the Alcohol Unit calculator in the post. Not sure if you need this to enter. If you do decide to click yes the answers to the questions are 3-4 units for men and 2-3 units for women.

After entering the draw, you can also do a short survey to be entered for a Red Letter Day Experience.
Edit: the first question is did you receive this leaflet. I answered no, so did not get the chance to do the survey! So lie if necessary
