    I couldn't get the date of birth in the other week either so I dropped them an email. Last week I got an email saying that the offer had now expired but if I gave them my details they would send me a sample anyway. Still waiting!
    We finally did it! Debt free 28/6/10 :T :beer: :T :beer:
