    Prize Draw - Terms and conditions
    Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘Win a weekend break in Brighton’
    1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
    2. The prize draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents excluding employees of Tourism South East, Visit Brighton, Orb360, Brighton Royal Pavilion or any associated agencies.
    3. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
    4. Only one entry per household.
    5. The closing date for receipt of entries is Thursday 31st March 2011.
    6. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Monday 4th April 2011.
    7. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    8. The winner will be notified by Wednesday 6th April 2011. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Tourism South East reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
    9. The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Tourism South East, 40 Chamberlayne Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 5JH.
    10. Entries are to be submitted by completing the registration form on https://www.romanticdaysout.co.uk
    11. The prize comprises: Two nights accommodation in Brighton, tickets for two adults to Brighton Royal Pavilion, voucher for two for Orb360.
    12. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, etc) (c) Travel to and from the destination (d) Any personal expenses and spending money.
    13. The prize is subject to availability and to the following conditions: (a) The prize must be taken by 31st July 2011. (b) Accommodation is for 2 adults for 2 nights in a central Brighton hotel (minimum 3 star grading) on a bed and breakfast basis, based on two people sharing a twin or double room. (c) Accommodation is subject to availability and excludes Bank Holiday weekends. (d) Orb360 vouchers will provide one ‘roll’ for each participant, pre-bookable in advance. (e) Tickets to Brighton Royal Pavilion are for two adults. (f) The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes. (g) There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable.
    14. By ticking the relevant opt in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by post and/or email.
    15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Tourism South East reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
    16. No responsibility will be accepted by Tourism South East for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
