... You have a dream that consists of your boss ringing you up and telling you to start at 6pm on friday then finish at 6pm on friday (just to show face), start 6.30am as normal on the saturday and stay later afterwards to help with dishing out the jam doughnuts or jam scones.

I so need to get out of that place.

(yes boss would change shifts at short notice but not like that but owt is possible, no our shop does not sell jam doughnuts or jam scones, lol)

I once worked for a large furniture retailer and was due a visit from a couple of the directors. We had plenty of notice and made sure the store was in perfect nick for their visit.

The night before the visit I was sat down relaxing and suddenly jumped up 'cos I'd seen a picture that didn't have a price ticket on it. My wife told me to sit down ....I was at home!!!!!:D
