Just been searching the marks and spencer site for a customer service email address:mad:, but while searching found this

I haven't heard of it so maybe somebody else may not have (its been going since 2008 apparently!)

Yes it is in our local Oxfam.

They usually do this in store, once or twice a year, now.
Take a bag full of unwanted M&S clothes in and get a '£5 off when you spend £35' voucher in return. As long as you have one or two M&S items, they don't seem to mind any brand of old clothing!
It's usually well publicised.

Just a quick update this offer is still on
Only took 1 M&S item of clothing and got the £5 voucher,it expires 30th April
Unwanted bras are being collected too.
