I got the bracelet for my christmas but it is too big, and the clasps have become loose. Has anyone had this happen to them before?
And can I change the bracelet without a reciept? I am registered with them and my mum said that all your purchases are recorded once you are registered.

Has the purchaser still got the receipt. Pandora bracelets do come in different lengths so you sound like you need a shorter one. You could always speak to a shop about the loose clasps just to see if yours is normal.0

Hi, hope I'm doing this right as new to the 'forum' process. My experience has been they are very good if you go back to the shop-I xchanged a charm that had a mark on it and didn't have the receipt on me! Hoever that said, has anyone else been shocked with the price increase in the last 2 days? The £15 spacers now cost £20 and even a basic charm has shot up from £23/25 to a massive £30 (33.3% increase!!). Shocking and worse when you consider these are bought as a gift where you collect charms over time for special occasions - I would imagine this will put these charms out of reach for a lot of people now.0
