That's right - put your diesel usage for work and then I added another tank of fuel per month on top for non work journeys.

They are not out to get you just make sure if you make a mistske you tell them you have and correct it xx we split our soa as mine and his if that makes sense had to explain it but once they knew what I had done they were fine ggod luck

I used a completely separate SOA to the one on the form, put together with the CAB, attached it and just put "see attached" on the form itself.

Wasn't questioned at all.
