Hi Guys,
Just wanting some information about tax and national insurance.
My partner and I are both employed full time, but to raise some cash we're thinking of both applying for part time jobs.
Considering that we're probably only going to be able to give 15 hours per week to the second jobs, will our tax and national insurance contributions make the effort not worth while?
Thanks.

Depends on what you are earning now? If you're under £43875 (and remain so with the 2nd job) .......... all income will be taxed at 20% (Code 'BR'). So you keep 80% of it.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
