John Lewis 'speical buys' after clearance ends?

Hiya,

I'm told that 'special buy' items in the John Lewis clearance are made specifically for the clearance rather than being existing products now sold at a reduced price. So does anyone know what happens to unsolde 'special buy' items when the clearance ends on 16th Jan to any unsold items?

the special buys are a normally a complete sell out. If they do have any special buys left they bring it back out when there july clearance starts.

Here in Swindon there is a John Lewis Outlet. Some of the special offers eventually make their way there.
