We won a Sky package when we already had the whole TV, (basic,) broadband & phone, inc line rental package with Sky. Had rather a 'discussion' with them as the £7.50 phone & broadband package they were offering wasn't available in our area, only the one at £17.50 :eek:. Eventually found a sympathetic & sensible CS operator who agreed to let us continue paying £5 for the broadband, the same as we were before
