Hi All,
I have got some frozen salmon fillets in individual bags from COSTCO and DH has phoned to say he wants one for tea! Am I able to bung it in a pot of boiling water in its bag?? How long for??

Depends on the bag. If it's nice thick plastic, then you should be able to. You could always try to defrost it in some just boiled water, and if the plastic is still ok, then try to boil it in the bag. If not, you can always take it out of the bag and microwave it, or steam it in a steamer with some lemon and dill on top (my favourite) - shouldn't take too long.0
