can you eat defrosted (cooked) food for 2 days running?

Options
Defrosted a bolegnaise overnight in the fridge for dinner tonite but there is quite a lot- if I reheat half of it today and half tomorrow will it still be ok to eat tomorrow?
somehow have got into my head that once food is out of the freezer Ive got to nuke it and eat it instantly! :rotfl:

    It will be fine !
    Just make sure you obey the rules about reheating previously frozen foods - must be really hot all way through. In case of a bolognaise sauce its easy to see that it has come to boiling point.
    Dont refreeze again once it has been thawed (although you can freeze if you have cooked the ingredient again for instance in a pie or stew).
    Make sure you keep it refrigerated until needed.
